I have a scenario and need a little help, this has to do with project management.?

    If the issue happen in implementation phase, the solution is pretty straight forward. Either you get more manpower, or each team member spends more time on the implementation to share the load. I don’t believe there is any other option

    I agree with the first poster. But if want to adjust the scheduled deadline of the project why not find a good excuse to do it. For example, If the client would request for another feature you could just say that you would need additional time to do it.

    Just remember always have an allowance in budgeting time for your plans. This would accommodate any unpredicted risks that would come up any time during the development.

    Adding more manpower, as the first poster stated, probably isn’t the best route, as it will take longer to get the new recruits up to speed on the workings of the project – especially if you’re far along. You should probably start off my identifying what slack room you have left (perhaps reconstruct a network diagram of your tasks?).
