Hello dear,
Well the best way I think is to use Management Software like Microsoft Project 2003 Professional or any other like it. It will help you coordinate what you need to do and manage your time. References : Experience
Well, there are enterprise tools available to manage software. I would recommend you to Digité – An Enterprise Project Portfolio Management solution.

With smaller projects you’ll want to use a simplified project management process. You won’t necessarily skip any of the normal steps, but each step will be simple and quick to perform.
If you have a tool like MS Project, then you can load your projects into one file and look across all the projects you are working on. You won’t need an expensive enterprise project management system unless you have a large number of people working on a large number of smaller projects.
