you can make your own with any font you have in your computer word processor, just enlarge it to a 8×11 sheet of paper or vellum and cut it out.

I would not try to limit the client’s ability to change elements of the project. The right approach is to:
i) accept that some clients will make variations; and
ii) ‘legislate’ for them in your contract terms; and
iii) get recompensed for such changes

To do this you need project terms and conditions which:
1. Have a variations clause within the Price & Payment section that says words to the effect that the Price, as defined, will change if the job changes, at the Seller’s (that’s you) sole discretion; and
2. Have a variations clause within the Delivery section; or
3. Have a section that describes how the job will be completed to the client’s satisfaction; and
4. Have a separate Variations Clause that outlines how variations to the work will be dealt with and priced

I would also look for a package that includes a separate Variations form that can be used by you or your team on site. Put your terms on the back and get your printer to work up a set of carbonated proformas that can be used on site. That way you’ll catch those small variations "oh could you just unstick that door for me while you’re here" and get the client to agree to a price right there and then.

Your main terms should take care of the bigger project variations.

go to videocopilot.net, u will find a software called evolution………this has many flourish ttemplatesbut it is not free……so u can go to thepiratebay.com adn type "eEvolutionvideocopilot", choose one and download it as a torrent also download the software call "u torrent", once u download the torrent (which will take around 5 seconds), the file will start downloading in torrent…once that is done u may open the folder and now u have 100 fflourish templates:)
