Both of these are organizations, both are processes, both are hierarchical, both have a chain of command, both have written and detailed directives.

Office politics has a huge influence on Project Managers, and if not handled properly, can certainly lead to project failure. I am creating a presentation related to project management, and I would like to enliven it with movie clips (humorous or otherwise) relating to project managers/project management.

The battan death march is a good theme tho not a movie.

How the americans went into the jungles for the pow’s to save them only to find them terrified, naked and beaten in a cave. It wasn’t until one of the guys on the rescue team took all of his clothes off, huddled down next to the terrified pow and said, something like, "im one of you guys, come with me, you’ll be safe, we are going to get you out of here"
